Paradise as Your Backdrop

Often called the jewel of Southwest Florida, Naples is famous for its warm Gulf waters, unforgettable sunsets, and miles of soft sand beaches. It's a haven for shoppers and art lovers — think the boutiques and galleries of Fifth Avenue South and Third Street South — and a place where parks, culture, and the arts make for a genuinely well-lived life.

Retirement is best when it's full. Across all three campuses, there is always something to do — and the freedom to keep growing every single day.

Where Architecture Meets Spirit

At the heart of the original campus stands Bower Chapel, dedicated in 2001. This 230-seat space brings together architecture, music, and spirituality — anchored by a magnificent pipe organ and acoustics regarded among the finest of any small concert hall.

Beyond non-denominational Sunday services, the chapel hosts a concert series, lectures, and community gatherings — from jazz trios and choral groups to piano recitals and patriotic celebrations.

Plan Ahead

Reserve Your Place in Advance

For those who already know Moorings Park is home, a membership program offers a way to enjoy the lifestyle now while securing priority placement for the future. A one-time fee plus an affordable monthly charge reserves your spot — and can later be applied toward your entrance fee.

Because residences often carry a waitlist (commonly around two years for many floor plans), planning ahead is wise. A helpful way to think about timing: it's better to arrive a little early than a little too late.
